Refund

Reimbursement of goods

We accept refund requests on our website for products that meet all of the following requirements:

The item is in its original packaging.
The item has not been worn.
The item is in its original condition, undamaged, unsoiled.
The original tags are present and not torn on the item.
The order was shipped to Canada only.
Refund requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your items.

Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

International purchases
the final sales figures shown on the website

Returns

You must make the return request by email to retours@bijouxorigine.com, indicating the order number and the number of the item to be returned.
You must obtain return approval before shipping the item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
Pack properly, and pay the return shipping costs, including tracking, then send us the tracking number by email.

Once the item has been received and examined, if all conditions are met, the item will be refunded.

Limitation of liability

Coaching Millenium Inc. or any of its employees will be held responsible for any problems arising from this website. However, Coaching Millenium Inc. and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any improper use of this website.

Compensation
