Delivery and returns
The 'preferential' fare is a fixed fare for all of Canada at $9.50.
This is actually Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. This type of shipment costs between $18 and $28 depending on the location; we're offering it to you for $9.50 and we'll pay the difference.
Free shipping to Canada on orders over $100.
For all other options, shipping costs are calculated by the carriers we work with.
You get exactly the same price we get, plus you benefit from our volume discounts.
Only 'with tracking' options are offered to you.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

We offer you two items that will allow you to slow down the tarnishing of your jewelry.
- Inside your jewelry box, you'll find a small black square. It absorbs moisture, thus slowing down tarnishing. Therefore, you should store your jewelry near this small square.
- We have given you a cloth (in the small black pouch) designed specifically to clean your jewelry after wearing it.
It is not advisable to immerse your jewelry, whether in the shower, in the swimming pool, while washing dishes or at the beach.
It's important to know that each stone has its own unique and natural character, which may result in slight variations from the images. Some may have imperfections, irregularities, or embedded impurities, and this is perfectly normal and natural. The size also varies from one stone to another; some are wider, others longer. But don't worry, the quality and authenticity remain unchanged.
