Your authentic and engaging content will be the bridge between BijouxOrigine.com and jewelry lovers worldwide.

Register as an Ambassador

• Application Submission
  To begin your journey as an Ambassador for BijouxOrigine.com, you must complete an application for the program. You will need to provide accurate information about your website and/or social media handles, number of followers, and detail your strategy for promoting BijouxOrigine.com's handmade jewelry, as well as your contact and compensation details.
• Evaluation and Acceptance of the Application
  Your application will be carefully reviewed by our team, and you will receive an email notification confirming its acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, providing incorrect or incomplete information, promoting inappropriate content such as sexual, pornographic, violent, or defamatory material, any form of discrimination, violating applicable laws or intellectual property rights, or any other reason deemed relevant by our team.
• Access to the Program
  If your application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email containing your login details to access our secure Ambassador area. From there, you can retrieve your ambassador links and view your commission reports. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. The promotional material available to you may take various forms, including but not limited to banners, text links, articles, and access to a CSS data feed.
• Personal Information Update
  It is imperative that you ensure your personal information, including your email address, remains complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times. We will communicate with you via the email address associated with your account. You will be deemed to have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to this address, even if it is no longer valid or current. Therefore, it is crucial that you inform us immediately of any changes to your contact information.

Commissions and Payments

• Eligibility for Commissions
  As a BijouxOrigine.com Ambassador, you are eligible to earn commissions on sales generated through your referrals, provided these transactions are permitted in your jurisdiction. Referrals are defined as paying customers you direct to our website via your own website or social media channels, using the promotional materials we provide.
• Commission Calculation
  The exact amount of commissions due to you will be calculated monthly, based on the offers available in your Ambassador account. Acceptance of a customer as a purchaser of our products is subject to our discretion. Any sales made to individuals residing at the same address as you are considered self-sales and do not entitle you to any commission. (Based on the billing and/or shipping address)
• Commission Payments
  Commission payments are made monthly via PayPal and are typically processed during the third week of the following month. If your account is terminated for violating these terms, we reserve the right to withhold any future payments.

  The payment process is as follows:

  1. During the second week of the month, you will receive an email indicating the gross commission amount you are entitled to. (You can also check this in your ambassador portal.)
     1. You send us an invoice addressed to 'Bijoux Origine Inc., 978 rue Frontenac, Trois-Rivières, QC, G8V 1G5, Canada' via email to Ambassadeurs@bijouxorigine.com. If you are in Canada and registered for GST, the applicable tax is 5%; if you are in Quebec, you must also add the QST (9.975%). Your GST and QST numbers must be included on the invoice. If you are not registered or if you are outside Canada, no tax should be applied.
  2. We verify the invoice received and issue the payment via Paypal.
     The transfer is made to the PayPal account you provided when you registered for the program.
• Financial Responsibilities
  You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and other expenses related to receiving your program payments. We advise you to check with your bank to determine if these charges apply to your account.
• Legal Restrictions
  If the payment of commissions is deemed illegal in a given jurisdiction under applicable law, we reserve the right not to pay commissions for sales made in that jurisdiction.

Commitments and Limitations

As an ambassador for BijouxOrigine.com, you are required to comply with the following terms and conditions, which define your commitment and the limitations of your role in the ambassador program:

• Monitoring and Compliance
  You grant BijouxOrigine.com the right to monitor your website and social media pages to ensure you comply with the program terms. Any breach may result in the termination of your program membership and the freezing of any funds owed.
• Recommended Customer Policies
  Customers acquired through your referrals will be considered BijouxOrigine.com customers. They will be subject to our terms and policies, which may be modified at any time.
• Advertising Restrictions
  You are not authorized to promote BijouxOrigine.com through paid advertising or media buying that leads directly to our site. Bidding on branded keywords without our approval is prohibited.
• Use of the Company Name
  Using the name BijouxOrigine.com or its variants in your domain names or social media pages for ambassador promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Content Responsibility
  You are entirely responsible for the content of your website and social media. Promoting content on sites containing offensive or inappropriate material is prohibited.
• Media and Content Imitation
  Your media must not copy or resemble the content of BijouxOrigine.com. Use of our promotional language must be limited and precise, without giving the impression that your media are an integral part of our site.

Responsibilities

As an Ambassador for the BijouxOrigine.com affiliate program, you have key responsibilities to maintain the brand's integrity and reputation while promoting our elegant and beneficial handmade jewelry. Here are the main responsibilities you must fulfill:

• Respect for Brands
  You must use the BijouxOrigine.com names, titles, and logos appropriately and in a way that does not damage the brand image. All use must comply with our guidelines and must not disparage or project a negative image of BijouxOrigine.com or its products.

• Equipment Integrity
  BijouxOrigine.com's proprietary material, including product images and descriptions, must be used respectfully and may not be modified in any way that alters its original intent. The license granted to use this material is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time.

• Limitation of Liability

• Compensation

Termination

BijouxOrigine.com reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassador program for various reasons, including, but not limited to, order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and violations of the program's terms and conditions.

In the event of a request for clarification or additional information regarding suspicious orders or clicks, a prompt and honest response is expected. Violations of our communication policy include:

1. Lack of candor, intentionally vague or misleading answers.
2. No response within a reasonable timeframe despite several attempts to contact us.
3. Inability to justify or validate the source of your traffic with clear evidence.

In these cases, we reserve the right to suspend your participation, cancel sponsorships, modify payments, set your commission to 0% or terminate your participation in the program immediately.

It is the responsibility of each ambassador to implement the necessary controls to prevent these problems and to comply with the terms and policies established by BijouxOrigine.com. Relationship between you and Bijoux Origine Inc.

As a member of the Origine Inc. Jewelry Ambassador Program, your collaboration with us is governed by the following terms:

• Independent Status
  You are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent or partner of Bijoux Origine Inc. You do not have the power to bind Bijoux Origine Inc into agreements and must not represent yourself as a representative of our brand without explicit authorization.

• Tax Responsibilities
  You are fully responsible for all tax obligations arising from your participation in the program. Bijoux Origine Inc. will not withhold any taxes from the commissions paid to you.

• Transparency is mandatory.
  When you share content that includes affiliate links, whether on your website or social media, you must clearly disclose that you are being compensated by Bijoux Origine Inc. for any reviews or endorsements. This disclosure must be visible and easily understood to ensure honesty and transparency with your audience.

These guidelines aim to ensure a clear and ethical relationship between you and Bijoux Origine Inc., while respecting the standards of transparency and integrity that we value. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Invalidity of a Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions for the BijouxOrigine.com Ambassador Program is deemed unenforceable or invalid under the laws of the Province of Quebec or by a court decision, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The clause in question will then be modified to best reflect the original intent in accordance with Quebec law.

Specific Terms and Conditions

To participate in the BijouxOrigine.com Ambassador Program, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, which is at least eighteen (18) years old or the higher minimum age required.

Applicable Law

The laws of the province of Quebec in Canada govern this agreement, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the BijouxOrigine.com Ambassador Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec, in accordance with local laws.
